What’s included:
• Health & sleep readiness check to help identify and manage anything that might be affecting sleep—big or small. I’ll provide evidence-based education and resources to support any underlying concerns, and let you know if a GP or specialist review is recommended before we begin.
• Personalised sleep plan based on your child’s age, sleep struggles, temperament, and your parenting approach
• Detailed intake form covering current sleep, feeding, settling, temperament, and your goals
• Daily check-ins and real-time plan tweaks as needed
• Support calls and email summaries throughout the week
• End-of-week guidance to help you navigate upcoming transitions or challenges
You’ll receive your full plan upfront, and we’ll use the support period to help you feel confident and prepared to continue independently. If you’d like further reassurance or extra troubleshooting, you can always add on an additional week of support.
