More time, more support. This package includes a personalised sleep plan and two weeks of expert guidance—ideal for families working through more complex sleep challenges, looking for a more gradual approach, or with a child who has a strong-willed temperament. This package is ideal for: • Frequent or ongoing night wakings • Short naps / catnapping • Early morning wakes • Bedtime battles • Transitioning from co-sleeping to cot • Weaning overnight feeds • Needing extra support to stay consistent with the plan What’s included: • Health & sleep readiness check to help identify and manage anything that might be affecting sleep—big or small. I’ll provide evidence-based education and resources to support any underlying concerns, and let you know if a GP or specialist review is recommended before we begin. • Personalised sleep plan based on your child’s age, temperament, and your parenting approach • Detailed intake form covering sleep, feeding, settling, and your goals • Daily progress tracking + plan tweaks as needed • Support calls and email follow-ups across the two-week period • End-of-support guidance for upcoming transitions or sleep changes You’ll receive your full plan upfront, and we’ll use your two-week support period to troubleshoot, make gentle adjustments, and help you feel confident continuing independently.
