Tailored sleep support designed specifically for toddlers—taking into account their developmental stage, big emotions, and need for connection and boundaries. This package includes a personalised sleep plan and one week of expert guidance. This package is ideal for: • Bedtime resistance or delaying tactics • Night wakings and early rising • Separation anxiety at bedtime • Toddler sleep regressions • Transitioning from cot to bed • Dropping naps or adjusting nap schedules What’s included: • Health & sleep readiness check to help identify and manage anything that might be affecting sleep—big or small. I’ll provide evidence-based education and resources to support any underlying concerns, and let you know if a GP or specialist review is recommended before we begin. • Personalised toddler sleep plan based on your goals, parenting style, and your toddler’s unique temperament • Detailed intake form covering current sleep, routine, behaviour, and any recent changes • Daily check-ins and plan adjustments as needed • Support calls and email summaries throughout the week • End-of-week guidance to help you navigate upcoming transitions or challenges You’ll receive your full plan upfront, and we’ll use the support period to build confidence, set consistent boundaries, and work with your toddler’s personality—not against it.
